dieses Buch in seiner deutschen Fassung hat mein Interesse geweckt an den geschichtlichen Vorgängen im 15. und 16. Jahrhundert in Spanien und hat dazu geführt, daß ich die Alpujarras bereisen wollte.... die spanische Originalversion ist für mich mit großer Anstrengung zu lesen, aber ich glaube das ist eine gute Übung (nebenher schaue ich immer wieder das deutsch geschriebene Kapitel durch...... Falcones ist ein großartiger Schriftsteller.....
Vorweg das Positive. Auch wer nicht perfekt spanisch spricht, kann dieses Buch gut lesen.Es wurde mir genau mit diesem Hinweis der guten Lesbakeit von einem Bekannten empfohlen. Allerdings waren meine Erwartungen dann auch inhaltlicher Art. Zwar gibt es tatsächlich einiges zu erfahren über die mittelalterlichen Auseinandersetzungen der Religionen in Spanien (besser der Machenschaften der Herrschenden), allerdings werden aus meiner Sicht mehr die blutigen Rituale beschrieben, als die tatsächlich politisch-ökonomischen Hintergründe. Bei mir entstand dadurch nie der Eindruck, es hier mit einem ernsthaften historischen Roman zu tun zu haben.
Me gustan mucho las novelas históricas y es principalmente por eso q la elegÃ. Me permitió sumergirme en la turbulenta época de sus personajes y conocer más de cerca la vida, la religión, las costumbres y los sentimientos de los pobladores de la antigua España. Un relato maravilloso q recomiendo a ojos cerrados a los amantes de la novela histórica.
Una de las más interesantes novelas que existen sobre el fin de Al Andaluz y el tiempo despues ...Me gustó mucho!

Eines der besten Bücher, die ich in letzter Zeit gelesen haben.Besonders schön in Spanisch !!! Viele authentische Begriffe, die zwar nicht erläutert, aber im Zusammenhang gut zu verstehen sind und das Thema farbiger, das Buch aber trotzdem leicht und flüssig zu lesen machen.Ein spannender, historischer und trotzdem sehr persönlicher Liebesroman, aus dem wir viel über die spanisch-maurisch-christliche Geschichte der PenÃnsula lernen. Immer besser und spannender bis zuletzt!
Me encanto, hasta el final me mantuvo "mordiendome las uñas", la trama es buenisima y tiene giros muy inesperados. El final nunca lo hubiera imaginado, no podia dejar de leerlo!! Muy recomendable.
Es una bonita historia; facil de leer....aunque siempre tenÃa presente su libro anterior "La catedral del mar"...
